Does submitting an enquiry guarantee a match or booking?
No. Submitting an enquiry helps initiate communication between relevant parties. It does not guarantee a confirmed match, booking, shipment or export order.

How do I submit a freight enquiry?
Use the freight enquiry option on the site and share pickup and drop locations, cargo type, weight, preferred dates and your contact details.
What happens after I submit?
Our team reviews your enquiry and may contact you or share it with suitable transporters. Response times can vary.
What are my responsibilities as a cargo owner?
Provide accurate cargo details, ensure goods are legal and properly packed, and independently check any transporter before agreeing terms.

How do I register my interest as a transporter?
Submit a transporter enquiry with your vehicle types, capacity, routes you serve and contact details.
Will I receive loads automatically?
No. There is no live load matching. Relevant enquiries may be shared with you when they fit your details.
What are my responsibilities as a transporter?
Hold valid permits, licences and insurance, share accurate vehicle information, and honour any terms you agree directly with cargo owners.

How do I submit an export enquiry?

No formal verification is currently offered. Listings and enquiries reflect information provided by users.
What are my responsibilities as an exporter?
Share accurate product information and comply with all export regulations, documentation and
quality commitments you make to buyers.

How can I source products from India?
Submit a buyer enquiry with the products, specifications, quantities and destination you need. We review it and may connect you with relevant suppliers.
Are payments for goods handled on the platform?
No. Trade payments are arranged directly between buyer and supplier, outside FreightXport.
What are my responsibilities as a buyer?
Carry out your own due diligence on suppliers, confirm terms in writing, and follow the import rules of your country.

Yes. Forwarders, customs agents and logistics partners can submit an enquiry describing their services and coverage.
